Debbie Tyler McMillan uses her 35+ years as a local Realtor to provide her clients with expert advice and care. Debbie grew up in a small west-side Indianapolis bedroom community. For 40 years her father was a Minister of a well-respected church. She grew up loving God and her Country. Always self-driven to be and do her best, it comes as no surprise to those who knew her that when she entered the Real Estate profession something was going to happen, and it did. Not succeeding or living in mediocrity was never an option. Her Father used to kid her and say, “Debbie why don’t you just accept a B or C in a class or two in College and enjoy yourself?” Her response was, “I can’t because that wouldn’t be doing my best.” Some things never change!
By 1993 Debbie was ranked as one of Hendricks County’s top Real Estate Agents. For several years she landed in the top 15 list of the Indianapolis Business Journal’s Top Real Estate Brokers. She has been a Mega Agent, an owner at Keller Williams, the #1 agent at F.C. Tucker, and made Second Vice President at F.C. Tucker. She’s owned a Century 21 office and led the #1 Century 21 team for the 4-state North Central Region. She now is the owner of HomeLink Partners / eXp Realty. When you ask her how many hundreds of millions in Real Estate she’s sold, she’ll just smile and say, I’ve lost count but I know I’ve sold over 3,400 homes.
Debbie has been showcased in Indiana Realtor Association’s publications, Broker/Agent Magazine, Indianapolis Real Estate Golden Showcase Publications, and Indianapolis Business Journal. She has won numerous Awards.
Today, Debbie is as approachable as ever. Her other focus and passion are found in teaching biblical principles and practical tools to women who have experienced trauma and abuse. Bill Hall is from Plainfield, Indiana where his family ran the Hall Insurance and Real Estate Agency and Hall Funeral Home which later became Hall Baker Funeral Home as it is today. Bill sold his interest in the family business in 1981 and moved to Florida. Bill is a Past President of the Jupiter Tequesta Hobe Sound Council of the Miami Association of Realtors. He also served as Chairman of Florida Realtors, Private Property Rights, Land Use,
and Sustainable Development Committee. He was a board member of the National
Association of Realtor Land Use Committee. He has a lengthy track record of residential and commercial development sales, having handled lobbying, financing, closing, planning, site selection, government relations, and the entire development process. Hall has marketed and sold communities throughout Florida, Belize, and Mexico, ranging from small exclusive communities to major communities with 1000 units.
He has completed more than two billion dollars in real estate transactions. He has also been Chairman of Palm Beach County’s Land Use Advisory Board and Local Planning Agency, a member of The Treasure Coast Regional Planning Council, being appointed by two Florida Governors and was awarded the 2013 Realtor of the Year for the Jupiter Tequesta Hobe Sound Assoc. of Realtors and 2015 Leadership Award from the Miami Association of Realtors. He also serves as Chairman of Florida Realtors, Private Property Rights, Land Use, and Sustainable Development Committee. He was a member of the President Circle with his previous national real estate firm.

He is also the recipient of a scholarship awarded by the Commercial Estate Council (CCIM) for excellence in commercial real estate and holds the Certified New Home Sales Professional (CSP) designation by the National Association of Home Builders.
Today, Bill spends much of his time in
Hendricks County focusing on their
renovation business, working with private lenders, and in building a passive-income portfolio of apartment buildings with partners and investors to both hold and package and sell to institutional investors.
